“When I started working with Emily it was with a goal of losing 10 pounds and moving on but so much more than that happened. Emily was instrumental in changing the way I saw my body, the way I looked at food, and how I approached exercise. She takes the time to teach you the how and why of nutrition and exercise. And far beyond that she is a mentor and helps to rationalize all the crazy mind games we tend to put ourselves through. The program is much more in depth than a diet and is the first time I have been able to make a sustainable lifestyle change. Over a year later I am still on course, I am still changing, I am still growing and my goals continue to evolve. I am forever grateful to Emily for all she taught me, the patience she had with me and the true care I felt every step along the way.”
