I’m Emily — a board-certified Nurse Practitioner and longtime nutrition and fitness coach who’s helped many people ditch fad dieting, rebuild trust in their bodies, and finally feel strong, energized, and confident again.
After over a decade in healthcare and wellness, I created the Emily Lever Coaching Method for one reason: because everyone deserves a clear, sustainable path to results — without starving or obsessing.
I work with busy people and parents who’ve tried it all — the restrictive meal plans, the confusing workouts, the one-size-fits-all programs — and still feel stuck. My clients are smart, hardworking, and completely over the diet rollercoaster. They want to lose fat, feel better in their bodies, and build healthy habits that actually last.

I’m AJ - a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s degree in Human Anatomy — and the behind-the-scenes guy who keeps everything running smoothly at Emily Lever Coaching.
From business operations and website management to tech support for our clients inside the Everfit App, I handle the systems so Emily can stay focused on coaching. I’m also a proud dad of two (plus two dogs), husband, and hybrid athlete. My training blends functional bodybuilding with distance running — proof that you really can lift heavy and go long.
When I’m not managing the backend or chasing my next lifting PR, I love good food and traveling. Favorite trip? Hiking over the Andes from Cusco to Machu Picchu. My dream? To retire one day on the Island of Kaua’i.
