Your goal should be to increase weight moved over time and you can easily track your progress right in the app. It includes 4 workouts that are approximately 30 minutes long. Workouts are updated every 3 months to keep your progressing.

Your goal should be to increase weight moved over time and you can easily track your progress right in the app. This program includes 5 workouts per week for an average of 45 minutes per session and has a focus on strength combined with muscle growth aka toning. Workouts are updated every 3 months to keep your progressing.
