Beginner Gym Program
This program is for those who have never done resistance training or have not trained in months to years and consider themselves a beginner. It requires gym equipment (dumbbells) and a bench. It includes 4 workouts that are approximately 20-30 minutes long.

Full Body Gym Intermediate
This program is a full body program for intermediate level lifting and requires full gym equipment. It includes 4 days a week for an average of 45 minutes per session and has a focus on strength combined with muscle growth aka toning.

Bodybuilding Style Gym Advanced
This program is for advanced lifters who are focusing on physique change. It requires full gym equipment and includes 5 days of lifting for about an hour each session.

Beginner Home Lifting Program
This is for beginners, those who are new to resistance training or have not trained for months to years and consider themselves beginners. It does not require any equipment and can be done anywhere. It includes 3 training sessions a week and each session takes about 15-20 minutes.

Intermediate Home Workouts - Bands Only

Advanced Home Lifting Program
This program is for advanced lifters that want to train at home. It alternates between traditional strength training set days and circuit training days. This requires dumbbells only for equipment. It includes 5 days of training weekly. Each training session takes approximately 45 minutes.

Each of my programs are delivered using my customized Emily Lever Coaching application. In each workout are videos and instructions demonstrated by me and my team of proper form and how to complete the workout. Everything in once place!

Each program described the needed equipment to complete. If you want to work out at home doing only body weight exercises, then choose the beginner home program. If you’re looking to go to a gym and have previous experience then choose the Full Body Gym Intermediate program.

Once purchased, the program is non-refundable and you will have full access for the 4 weeks. If you choose not to continue the program will automatically end after 4 weeks.

This is a one time cost for this program. You will have workouts and access to the program for 4 weeks. At the end of 4 weeks there are no further charges and no commitment to continue. If you would like, you can purchase the next program and progress through levels as you gain strength and stamina or if you’re looking for more after completing a program then please complete an application for 1:1 coaching so we can discuss your goals!
